  Adoption of Temporary Rules
  Released: Thursday, October 28, 2004 at 5:00 PM
Effective October 20, 2004, the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission adopted and amended the following temporary administrative rules:

584-060-0011 Initial Teaching License. Amend existing rule to allow for more than one renewal.
584-060-0161 Transitional Teaching License Requirements. Amend existing rule to restore Transitional License to three year license from one year license.
584-070-0130 Emergency School Counselor License. Adopt temporary rule allowing for emergency School Counselor License.
584-070-0410 Emergency School Psychologist License. Adopt temporary rule allowing for emergency School Psychologist License.
584-080-0171 Emergency Administrator License. Adopt temporary rule allowing for emergency School Administrator License.
584-100-0071 Highly Qualified Middle-Level or Secondary Special Education Teacher. Amend existing rule to remove provision not allowed by federal law.

Public hearings to consider adoption of the above rules as permanent administrative rules will be held during the January 2005 Commission meeting. The Certificate and Order for Filing Temporary Administrative Rules and the Statement of Need and Justification were filed with the Secretary of State effective October 20, 2004, through March 1, 2005.
