  Adoption and Amendment of Administrative Rules from January Commission meeting
  Released: Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at 5:00 PM
On January 13-14, 2005, the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission took action to adopt or amend the following administrative rules in Chapter 584:

584-017-0115 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for Early Childhood Authorization
584-017-0251 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for Initial Administrator License
584-017-0261 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for Continuing Administrator License
584-060-0012 Initial Teaching License Requirements
584-060-0013 Renewal of the Initial Teaching License
584-060-0022 Continuing Teaching License Requirements
584-080-0171 Emergency Administrator License

584-005-0005 Definitions
584-017-0250 Objectives for Initial Administrator Licensure
584-017-0260 Objectives for Continuing Administrator License
584-060-0011 Initial Teaching License
584-060-0171 Limited Teaching License
584-060-0210 Emergency Teaching License
584-070-0111 Transitional School Counselor License
584-100-0071 Highly Qualified Middle-Level or Secondary Special Education Teacher

These adopted and amended rules were filed and certified effective with the Secretary of State on January 21, 2005, and will be incorporated into their compilation of OARs. In the meantime, the adopted and amended administrative rules may be viewed by opening the applicable division and section above.
