  TSPC to Increase Licensure Fees
  Released: Monday, December 12, 2005 at 5:00 PM
 
 
 
At their October 3-4, 2005 meeting the Commission approved the following fee increases effective January 1, 2006.

TEACHING PERSONNEL SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATION

Fees, Forfeiture, and Expedited Service


(1)All fees are assessed for evaluation of the application and are not refundable.

(2)The Commission issued the appropriate license at no additional cost if the applicant qualifies for it within 90 days following evaluation of the application. After 90 days, the applicant may attempt to satisfy the same requirements without paying another fee but must file a new application, and satisfy all license requirements in effect at the time of filing.

Oregon approved program - new applicant $100
Out of State approved program - new applicant $120
Renewal of license $100
Duplicate License $30
Adding an endorsement $100
No additional fee is required to add an endorsement in conjunction with an application for renewal or reinstatement of a license.

Reinstatement of expired license $100 plus a late application
fee of $25.00 for each month or portion of a month that the license has been expired to a maximum of $200.00 total.

Reinstatement of a suspended license $100
Reinstatement of a revoked license $250 (Includes $100 application fee)

NSF fee $25
Alternative Assessment fee $100
Expedited Service fee $100
Charter School Registration $75
Charter School Registration renewal $25
Fingerprint fee $62
Highly Qualified Teacher evaluation $50
