  Public Hearing on Amendment of Administrative Rules
  Released: Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 10:15 AM

The Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) will hold a public rules hearing on Monday, December 21, 2009, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the TSPC office, 465 Commercial Street NE, Salem, OR, on the administrative rules listed below.

584-050-0015 Reinstatement of Suspended, Revoked or Surrendered License or Registration Generally
584-050-0100 Fingerprinting of Subject Individuals
584-052-0030 Eligibility for Alternative Assessment
584-070-0111 Transitional School Counselor License
584-080-0153 Restricted Transitional Administrator License

584-090-0030 CPD Requirements for Renewal of Licensure

The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Hearing and the Statement of Need and Fiscal Impact were filed with the Secretary of State on November 13, 2009, and will be published in the December 1, 2009, edition of the Oregon Bulletin.

Both written and oral testimony may be presented for the Commission's consideration. The proceedings will be digitally recorded and a summary of all testimony will be presented to the Commission. The Commission will allow testimony on these rules until 5:00 pm on February 11, 2010, at the next Commission meeting at the HOLIDAY INN Portland South (Wilsonville).
