Released: Monday, August 9, 2010 at 5:50 PM
By unanimous vote on Friday, August 6th, the Commission voted to suspend implementation of the Civil Rights tests until we can get the test "on demand."

The commission authorized the Executive Director to issue emergency licenses until the test score may be obtained. However, applicants are encouraged to take the tests as soon as possible. Emergency licenses will be issued for up to 5 weeks following the next earliest test date for applicants.
