  Delays in Issuing Licenses
Released: Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 4:12 AM

Due to staffing shortages and large numbers of applications, TSPC is currently about 12 weeks out issuing licenses. We apologize for the delay and we are working as quickly as we can to remediate the problem.

If you applied in November or December we have not yet begun to process those applications. We hope to be caught up (less than three weeks) by the end of March.

If you are sending an email regarding the status of your application, please take this into account before you write. You can check whether we have received your application materials by accessing your information through licensure inquiry on the home page. Fill out your name as we have it in your records, your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Under your name will be an indication of whether we are processing your application.

Thank you in advance for your patience. We apologize profusely for the delay.
