License of Conditional Assignment update - Public Comment Opportunity
Released: Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 4:27 PM

The agenda for the upcoming commission meeting has been amended. The commission will now discuss the proposed "License of Conditional Assignment" (LCA) at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2011, instead of the 11:00 a.m. time that was posted earlier. The topic will be discussed by the commission, followed by an opportunity for the persons attending the meeting to provide comments regarding the proposed LCA.

This is not a public rule-making hearing. The official rule-hearing will be held on July 21, 2011, at the July commission meeting. The commission has discussed the possible adoption of the LCA as a replacement for the Conditional Assignment Permit (CAP) at three previous commission meetings.

If you have any questions, please contact Lynn Beaton. The public portion of the commission meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2011, at the Salem Red Lion Hotel & Convention Center. To see the full commission agenda, please access the online agenda.
