  TSPC will meet November 3-4, 2011

The Teacher Standards and Practices Commission will meet November 3-4, 2011, at the Delphian School, 20950 SW Rock Creek Road, Sheridan OR 97378 in their Larson Hall main conference room. Ample free parking is available in the main parking lot. The School's Web site is http://www.delphian.org/

The Executive Committee will meet on Wednesday evening, November 2, 2011, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at McMenamins Hotel Oregon, 310 NE Evans Street in McMinnville. The full Commission will convene at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 3rd, for consideration of Preliminary Business, Licensure issues and Program Approval issues. The full Commission will reconvene at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, November 4th, to consider Professional Practices issues, Commission business and administrative rule proposals. Immediately following, the Commission will then convene in Executive Session (non-public) to consider disciplinary cases and other legal matters. Adoption of any disciplinary order will then be considered by the full Commission in public session.

DIRECTIONS TO THE DELPHIAN SCHOOL IN SHERIDAN

Driving Directions to The Delphian School From McMinnville

Leave McMinnville by taking 99 toward Sheridan/the coast (heading west). After you pass the Dairy Queen on your left, take the next right into Sheridan (Business 18).

Continue through Sheridan on Business 18 for about 3 miles (it becomes Main Street and then turns back into 18 again) to Rock Creek Road. This is a T-intersection; you can only turn right. There are two Delphian School highway signs at this intersection.

Turn right at Rock Creek Road and continue about 1 mile until you come to the Delphian School gate, and turn left into the school gate entrance. Drive up the long entry road, past the tennis courts, track and gym, and at the fork, go left at the visitor sign. This takes you to the front entrance of the main building. Continue around the loop (stay left) and then park on the lower loop and come to Larson Hall (the building closest to the valley). (Additional parking is available in front of the main building on the upper loop.)

The meeting will be in Larson Hall's Main Conference Room.

Leave Sheridan on Main Street heading west toward the coast/Willamina. Main Street turns into Business 18. Travel on Business18 for about 3 miles to Rock Creek Road. This is a T-intersection; you can only turn right. There are two Delphian School highway signs at this intersection.
