  TSPC will meet February 2-3, 2012

The Teacher Standards and Practices Commission will meet February 2-3, 2012, at the Keizer Renaissance Inn, 5188 Wittenberg Lane, Keizer OR 97303 in their Ballroom. Ample free parking is available in their parking lot. You can access the hotel's web site at: http://www.keizerrenaissanceinn.com/

The Executive Committee will meet on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the TSPC Conference room, 250 Division Street NE, Salem OR, 97301. The full Commission will convene from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 2nd in Executive Session for consideration of the Executive Director's performance.

Beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 2nd, the Commission will consider Preliminary Business, Program Approval issues, Licensure issues, Professional Practices issues, and administrative rule proposals.

The full Commission will reconvene at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 3rd, to consider Commission business. Immediately following, the Commission will then convene in Executive Session (non-public) to consider disciplinary cases and other legal matters. Adoption of any disciplinary order will then be considered by the full Commission in public session.

Northbound I-5 (coming from Eugene area)
1. Take 1-5 North from Eugene
2. Take exit 260 for Keizer
3. Turn left onto Lockhaven
4. Travel approximately two (2) miles
5. Turn left on River Road N.
6. At next light, turn left on Claggett
7. Turn right onto Wittenberg Lane

Southbound I-5 (coming from Portland / Washington area)
1. Take 1-5 South
2. Take exit 260B for Keizer
3. Turn right onto Lockhaven
4. Travel approximately two (2) miles
5. Turn left on River Road N.
6. At next light, turn left on Claggett
7. Turn right onto Wittenberg Lane

From Oregon Coast
1. Take Hwy. 22 from the Coast to Salem
2. Take Portland exit off bridge
3. Turn right onto Front Street which merges into Liberty Rd.
4. Follow Liberty Rd. to River Rd. (will go past Salem Parkway)
5. Turn left on River Rd.
5. Continue north to Claggett and turn right.
6. Turn right onto Wittenberg Lane

From Eastern Oregon
1. Take Oregon 22 West to Salem
2. Take I-5 North
3. Take exit 260 for Keizer
4. Turn left onto Lockhaven
5. Travel approximately two (2) miles
6. Turn left on River Road N.
7. At next light, turn left on Claggett
8. Turn right onto Wittenberg Lane
