  Change in TSPC Phone Availability

Effective today, March 11, 2015, TSPC's telephone hours will begin at 7:30 AM. We will accept calls into the telephone queue until 5:30 PM. Staff will be available to clear those late calls until 6pm. No calls will be added to the queue after 5:30.

We believe these hours will make us more available to educators during times they are able to call - before and after school. In addition to the expanded hours, we will also work to keep a minimum of two licensure staff available to accept calls at all times.

Both efforts should help reduce the amount of time callers spend on hold. We appreciate your patience as we work to refine our office procedures to better serve the public.
